What if I don't like the designs I receive?
Art is subjective and we understand that taste in design may vary, which is why we offer unlimited revisions on all of our creatives. We will work on your designs until you are 100% satisfied.
Can I pause and resume my design subscription?
Absolutely! You come and go as you please and only pay when you need to use our service. We also hang on to your designs and source files for up to 6 months after you pause your subscription so we can start where we left off.
How do I request new designs?
You'll have an easy-to-use custom to your organization Trello board where you can submit all your design requests as often as you want. Our design briefs ask for general information in order to get the best results which will significantly reduce the rounds of iterations needed to get a perfect final draft.
Are you able to scale with our design needs?
Yes! As you grow, we can absolutely allocate more and more resources to your account through larger custom plans. We offer Agency plans or custom Enterprise plans for bigger corporations and can take care of all your creative needs under one roof.
